This roundtable discussion will focus the attention of the scholars conversation around the subject of hip-hop and its impact in the community. Their discussion will revolve around subjects like; unpacking hip-hop's theoretical underpinnings, the aesthetic, and the historical roots of hip-hop. Its role/place in society and its cultural roots in activism. agency and voice for the under served community in the Bronx.
